The Malaysian Insider said, ‘MACC oversight panel meets for last time today, insists Najib should face charges’.
Malay Mail Online, however, said, ‘Panel says advised MACC on RM2.6 billion, SRC International cases’.
Most Malaysians do not bother to read the entire news report or article. They would just read the heading and then start foaming at the mouth. So what The Malaysian Insider did sort of suits the mentality of these Pakatuns. And any student of journalism knows that ‘Man bites dog’ attracts more readers than ‘Dog bites man’.
The Malaysian Insider reported that the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s Operations Review Panel (MACC-ORP), which met for the last time today, ‘is still adamant that Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak must face charges over his alleged financial scandals’.
